When I try to edit my existing files, it says I can either keep in mobile or convert to desktop. I used to be able to edit after converting to desktop, but now, I get an error message. Please help!

Hi @hayleyw99905131 we definitely want to help! Would you mind please emailing us at maryao@adobe.com with the email address which you use to login to Adobe Express? That way, we can look at our backend system and investigate what's going on.

Hi @hayleyw99905131 Can you please include DocumentId as well in the Email @Mary Y.  mentioned. You can find out DocumentId in the URL when you open your document. It should look somethin like this:

urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:69699512-b828-4ead-99f0-cbd98a55c3a7

 Thanks for your patience!
