Can't find collage layout.

In the old Adobe Express there was an option to turn any thumbnail into a collage like in the picture provided. I can't find that option anywhere. When I ported over to the new Express all of my previously made thumbnails lost a great deal of visual quality.

With a new update in the Adobe Express webapp, the Grid feature is now available for use. Please check this Community Announcement to know more about it.
