Can't share my files to social media, they won't upload

For the last several days I have not been able to upload any of my posts to social media. They do not upload. I've had this issue for a while, but in the past I was able to add a second file and then it would finally upload and I would just delete the original one. Now nothing uploads, even if I keep trying over and over and reloading Adobe Express. The only reason I have Premium is to be able to schedule my social posts, and now I can't do that. What is happening? Will it be fixed? If not I'm going to cancel this account.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Could you, please try refreshing the Adobe Express page? Sometimes, simply refreshing the page can resolve the issue.

 

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
