I pick a project ie instagram square or whatever and no matter what I do I can't seem to get an upload from my iMac to Express. And when I click on templates they are all grayed out. And when I try to open one of my saved projects it won't load either. The loading icon just spins... see attached...
I know it's boring and obvious but have you tried closing down the browser, clearing cache and cookies and then signing in again to Adobe Express? And you are using one of the recommended brwosers: Chrome, Edge or Safari?
With all thngs browser-based, sometimes a clearout will sort out temporary problems. Also, checking all the obvious suspects helps narrow down any problems that need to be investigated.
