cannot access features

Hi - we subscribed to a paid plan Teams which is supposed to give access to everything in Premium, however I am seeing "you need premium to access brands" etc. How do I access the functionality?

Do you use your organisation's email? Can you share the screenshot of the error message? 

Can you specify the browser version and the OS version of your device? We recommend contacting the IT administrator of your organisation to be sure you have access to the paid plan

Thanks Winne,

I AM in the account marked as "Team account". But Brands and a few other features are marked as "require Premium account".
While the description of the Adobe for Teams accounts state "access to everything in Premium plus more".
Which does not seem to be the case - the system asks me to pay in addition for the Premium account.
