Cannot access shared Brand

I have tried multiple devices, multiple machines, multiple browsers, but a Brand that has been shared with me is showing up as not found. I have received the Brand invite through email, click the link while logged in on the account that has been invited, and I only receive the following message. I am on a premium account.

hi - Sorry you're experiencing this issue. Can you share a few more details? Was this brand created in Adobe Express? are you trying to access it from Adobe Express? Do you see it when you go to Adobe Express and click on "Brands" on the left side of the app? (Adobe Express)

Hi, 

A client of mine is also experiencing this issue. The brand was made in Adobe Express, I have invited her and she is unable to access it in Adobe Express. She can not see it when she clicks on "Brands" and when clicking on the invite is says 'Brand not found'.

Can you please help us to rectify this?
