On the webpage tool I am not able to add a video created with new.express

What kind of design are you created? Do you mean creation of a webpage?

I created a video in new.express.adobe.com.
Published it. Copied the link.
When I went to embed it on an Express Webpage I received the error that I have to Add a link from YouTube, Vimeo, or Adobe Express/Spark Video.
