Cannot convert files to edit, cannot go back to previous version

Only 6 of my old files have transferred and I need access to all (years worth of work) asap.

I can find them in "My Stuff" but it says "Error, cannot convert" when I try to open/edit.

I also cannot find directions about how to go back to the previous version of the app.

This is devastating, please help.
