Cannot Download File for printing

I'm trying to download the above file for printing. The porogress bar aoppears, fills then disappears and nothing else happens. No file is downloaded.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
