For all templates created on a past version of Adobe Express, I used an uploaded font. One that every member of my team has a license for. Today no one on my team can edit those templates because they do not have the font. I tried sharing the brand with them (with edit priveledges) that did not work. Adobe Express is saying they need to upload the font -- FINE, we paid for seats for everyone, they can upload... EXCEPT, Adobe Express they need to upgrade to a premium account to do this. We are on premium accounts. Is there another level that I am unaware of.
This is very frustrating. Having been on vacation for a week, coming back today, to be greeted with several emails about how no one on my team can do work because of this *upgrade* is extremely frustrating and adding to the noise of an inbox that has more than 1,000 emails from when I was on vacation. Now it seems I AM THE ONLY ONE who can create the art, which just adds to a tremendous "back from vacation" load.
Please give an ETA on when this issue will be fixed. I thought the last iteration of Adobe Express was buggy, but at least it worked. Despite the pleas of so many on my team to move to Canva, I stayed with Adobe because we pay for it... well, I'm really paying for the choice right now.
