Connection Interrupted message

When opening a project a message pops up about the connection being interrupted. Wifi is stable. Followed message to refresh page but this did not work.

Additionally, please let us know:

  • If you can log in and access Adobe Express using an incognito browser window.
  • If logging out and then back in on a different browser after clearing the cache/cookies resolves the issue.
  • If you can log in and use other Adobe services, such as the Creative Cloud home page.
