Thanks, so Safari was not giving any error messages but Chrome did. One of the video dimensions was a few pixels off the 146x146 minimum. Once dimensions corrected everything worked. Out of date Safari is the most probable issue.

Great to hear you found the cause. Chrome showing the dimension error makes sense — Safari not displaying it (especially if it’s outdated) can definitely lead to confusion.
