Custom Theme Creation

Hi - Can you please tell me when custom theme creation will be available in Adobe Express? In an older version, we had that option. It says, "It's coming," but it has been this way for a while now. Thank you for your time!

I really need this option as well. I had a newsletter template all ready to go and now it no longer works because this option was lost.
