When adding text and animations to my video, occasionally the program will lock up and the video will not play. Then, when I reload my file, the textual and elemental animations and the existing snips in the video will still be there, but the video itself will be gone.
We're sorry to hear about this. Would you be willing to share the screen recording of the issue so that we can investigate further? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see how it goes.
