Screenshot 2025-01-02 at 16.52.00.pngexpand image

It´s a very simple video, with logos and basic animations.

This is the size that i am using:

I have already try to download it to PDF and JPG and there is no problem. Just with MP4...

Can you guys please help me how to fix it?

Thanks!

Hi @joão_0970

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Please try these and see if they help

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/3ZZRHIC
  • Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and test if it still fails from there

Please let us know how it goes,
Thanks,
Dave

Having the same problem. I've tried duplicating, clearing cache, different browsers. No luck with any of the workarounds.

I'm having the same issues. Video is 30 seconds and I've tried incognito modes, diff browsers, duplicating projects and each get to 20% and then error out.

Hey @Wes Bernstein, This issue generally arises when any Adobe Stock or Adobe font used within the project is no longer licensed or the contributor has revoked its usage. You can try changing the font used and removing or changing any blank layers in the project to see if that makes any difference. Blank layers would show up for assets from Adobe stock images, icons, shapes, etc. that are no longer licensed.

Let us know if this helps you!

Thanks,

Amitej
