I have a user I support who has files created that he could download two weeks ago, but now cannot. He tells them to download, it hangs at 90%, then gives him "An error occurred while downloading your file. Please try again". He has tried from two different browsers on two different computers. He has cleared cache, downloaded as pdf, downloaded to his local drive, downloaded a single file, turned off pop-up blocker, all things we've seen suggestions for. This would be an enterprise account that he has, which I don't know if that has any bearing. He is using a Mac, and has tried with Safari and Chrome. Thanks for any ideas.
