Hi @default38751823fggghh, sorry to hear you're having trouble. Did this just start today? Have you been successful downloading files before? You indicate you can't download “anything” but have you tried it with just a simple file with one simple shape, for example? Or are you making unusually large or detailed files? What OS and browser are you using? Have you tried logging all the way out of your account and browser, then logging back in, cache clearing, and so on? Let us know a bit more and we'll see if we can figure out what is going on.
