Unable to download or share. I try and wait, try and wait. Nothing. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Hi there. We are sorry you're having trouble and for not answering sooner.

Do you see an error message when you try to download or share your project? Is it happening with every project? 

Can you try this workaround: 

• Try editing from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
• Test in incognito or privacy mode
• Clearing the cache/cookies from the browser also resolves the maximum number of such issues.
 
If the issues persist, please send a screenshot so we can see what you're experiencing.
