Hi @Sonia22337416plwf, Does it happen with all the projects, or is it just this one? Do you get any error messages while downloading the project? 

Also, let us know if this issue occurs if you try after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser, and also ensure that the browser has Javascript enabled and supports WebGL2.
