Elements missing after logging back in

We made several designs for a flyer and IG story video. Could not get video to download. Logged out and when we logged in again, both designs were missing elements.

Hi @radioroasters 

What types of elements are missing (images, text, videos)? Were they added from one of your libraries?

And are they completely missing or just not drawing on the design canvas; in the latter case, there would be an entry for these elements Layers widget.

Lastly, the urls of your designs (from the browser's address bar when the Express files are open) would help.

Elements that are missing are text blocks. I don’t know if they are missing or just not drawing. They used to show up, now they don’t.

I cannot download them either - they are MP4 as there is an animation element.

Thanks for your response. I did a quick scan of the logs associated with your file url but nothing jumped at me.

Could you try an earlier version of your project to see if the text elements are there? You can access version history (and thereby create new projects based off previous versions) using this UI on the top-right of the editor.
