I confirm that if you publish the project you can load it successfully in the browser. Had this workflow worked previously or are you attempting this for the first time?
I have been using Adobe Express webpage for Canvas since it was called Adobe Sparks and it had always worked. In fact, it was working fine last week. So, I guess something is wrong with the new embed code of the new Adobe Express webpage.
@default31801319r09ir0 Thank you for the additional details. I wondered if the issue might be because the embed code changed with the conversion. Could you try publishing the project again and go through the process of adding adding the embed code into Canvas again?
Thank you for following up. That's what I did to begin with as I read the notification saying the embed code changed: I republished the webpage, copied the embed code and pasted it into Canvas HTML editor. I only see the title and link but no image.
Got it, I'm not a Canvas user myself so can't test there. Does the webpage load okay outside of Canvas in a browser directly? Also could you share a screenshot of how it appears in Canvas. If it is loading okay in the browser but not within Canvas it might be worth contacting their support too just to see if they have any suggestions.
I am also having this problem and am very concerned that this function is faulty. Have you found any workarounds please, I need urgently to be able to embed a webpage in my CANVAS site.
I took a screenshot of the image of my Adobe Express Webpage and inserted the image in my Canvas, then, added the webpage link to the image since the embed code didn't work.
I'm also unable to embed Adobe Express Webpages into my Canvas site as an instructor. The link will post but visually it is much less appealing. I hope Adobe can fix this soon!
