Erro ao tentar ler mp3

Boa tarde, na parte de criação de vídeos ,em animar personagem, ao tentar ler a mp3 para criar o vídeo,não parece. Diz que tem zero arquivos na pasta , mesmo eu colocando ele antes de tentar ler e tentei em outro telefone e nada também,alguém ajuda?

This shouldn't be happening. Please try uploading another MP3 file and see if that resolves the issue. Try this after clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
