Error 422 Unprocessable Entity

When I made a couple of small changes to my Express website, I got stuck in a loop that prevents me from publishing the changes. I keep getting Error 422 code. Sometimes it thinks someone else is logged into the website, but that shouldn't be the case. I have tried republishing the website from several different applications, from a couple different computers, and I have tried rebooting and clearing cookies. I really need to publish these website changes in the next 24 hours, if possible. What more can I try?

Hi

@Mylynn35735981k3j1

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know more about the changes you made? Are you logged into your Adobe Express account on any other devices or browsers simultaneously?

Have you tried accessing your website in an incognito or private browsing mode? Are you using the web version of Adobe Express or the desktop/mobile app? If possible, can you share the screen recording of the issue?

Also, share the Project URL with us to investigate further.

Regards,

Tarun

Tarun,

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please
let us know more about the changes you made? Are you logged into your Adobe
Express account on any other devices or browsers simultaneously?

I added the link to two external websites and switched out a photo that was
really a screen capture of text. Those are the changes I need to publish.

I am not logged into Express on any other devices or browsers.

Have you tried accessing your website in an incognito or private browsing
mode? Are you using the web version of Adobe Express or the desktop/mobile
app? If possible, can you share the screen recording of the issue?

I have not tried accessing the website in incognito mode. I didn't think
Express would allow me to be logged in with my credentials if I am in an
incognito mode.

I am using the web version of Express. I have been accessing it on my
worktop laptop or else on my home PC as I have been trying to troubleshoot
the problem.

I am attaching a screenshot of the error that appears when I try to
republish with my changes.

Also, share the Project URL with us to investigate further.

This is the URL for the website:

Thank you for your assistance with this,

This still isn't resolved. What can I do to get help with this issue? I need to publish the changes.

Hi! I recommend still trying this from an incognito browser and logging in there -- sometimes that really helps with clearing all of the cookies.

Can you also try duplicating the file? When you duplicate the file, are you able to publish that?
