Error download animated video 1 asset failed to upload

'1 asset failed to upload

PLease delete asset marked with [triangle with exclamation mark] and re-upload it or try different asset. Failed audio asset will have a grey bar.'

This project only might include an audio asset that I tried to upload. So in the end i used a stock from express library.

But browsing in the asset window, the uploaded audio file is not marked with exclamation, but there is also seem to be no way to delete it from the uploaded assets window...?

Anybody else experienced something similar?

I have the exact same problem tonight! And I cannot find any error!

Ok, so removing all the animations of the photo assets helped. I was able to DL the still png, and after adding the animations again, i could dl the video too.

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Based on logs, the error may be stemming from an audio asset originally named something like SUN***-DIS***.mp3

If that helps identify the audio, please try deleting and re-adding it.
