Hi

@talk_0338

,

We're sorry to hear about this. To assist you better, could you please provide a bit more information:

  1. Are you using any specific stock assets from Adobe Stock in your video?
  2. Have you recently made any changes to the assets or the project?
  3. Are all your Adobe Express and Adobe Stock subscriptions up to date?

In the meantime, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

  1. Identify and Remove Failed Assets: Look for any assets marked with the failed icon in your project. Delete these assets and try re-uploading them or using different assets.
  2. Check Licensing: Ensure that the stock assets you are using are properly licensed. Sometimes, assets may become unavailable due to licensing issues.
  3. Update Software: Make sure your Adobe Express application is up to date. Sometimes, updates can resolve unexpected errors.
  4. Clear Cache: Try clearing your browser cache or the cache of the Adobe Express app if you’re using the desktop version.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let us know, and we can further investigate the problem.

Regards,

Tarun
