Error when downloading a video from Adobe Express

Hi, I got an error when downloading a video from Adobe Express.

 

Error message: "Download failed – an error occurred while downloading the file. Please try again."

 

I've tried incognito mode, restarting, different browser, desktop app, but the problem still persists. Video format MP4, resolution 4400x50px, lenght 15s.

 

Can you help me?

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please try duplicating your project file? This can sometimes fix underlying corruption and ensure the original remains safe if something goes wrong with the duplicate.

 

You may also look for any blank or corrupted elements within the project, as these can cause the download to fail. You can try isolating or deleting the problematic scene to see if it resolves the issue.
