Error When Trying to Download file

When I attempt to download my file, I repeatedly get an error code. When I added my coworker onto the file to try to download it, she had the same issue.

I am getting this EXACT issue and need help!! I spent hour working on this file and really need it to download . Let me know if you have a solution !

Could you please post the urls of your Express files that are failing to download (from the browser's address bar)?
