Error While Creating Animation in Adobe Express iOS App

Community Beginner ,
Nov 21, 2024 Nov 21, 2024

Hi, I’m facing an issue in the Adobe Express iOS app while trying to animate characters. I keep getting the following error message:

Oops! Something went wrong while creating your animation. Please refresh the page.

I tried refreshing the app multiple times, but the error still persists.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem on the iOS app? Any solutions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi

@Mahbub_Alam9867

,

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the version of iOS you're on? Please ensure you're on the updated version. Are you able to work through the web version? Try restarting the device or reinstalling the app to check if that helps.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi @raouf_5693,

I’m sorry to hear you’re facing issues with creating animations in the Adobe Express iOS app! Let's try a few things to resolve the issue:

  1. Check for Updates: Make sure both your iOS device and Adobe Express app are fully updated. Sometimes issues are fixed in the latest versions.

  2. Clear App Cache: Go to your iOS settings > Adobe Express > and clear the app cache. This can help resolve glitches.

  3. Restart the Device: Try restarting your device to refresh the system and clear any lingering issues.

  4. Reinstall the App: If the issue persists, uninstalling and reinstalling the app can sometimes fix unresolved issues.

  5. Check Network Connection: Ensure you're connected to a stable internet connection, as animation creation can require consistent data.

If you’ve tried all of these and the issue is still there, feel free to share more details, and we can explore additional troubleshooting steps!

Hi @ayele_9369

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Are you using a browser on a computer? Are you narrating live or uploading an audio file?

Please try these steps and let us know if they help:

  • Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari
  • Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://adobe.ly/4kx6keW
  • Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://adobe.ly/4mvUaEX
  • Try creating a duplicate instance of the file and test from there

Best,

- Dave

Hi @ayele_9369,

Since you’ve already tried different browsers, clearing cache, and the issue persists, here’s what you can do next:

  • Try using the Adobe Express mobile app on your Android device instead of the browser, as the app often handles audio and animations more smoothly.

  • Make sure your audio file format is supported (e.g., MP3 or WAV).

  • Test with a different audio file to rule out any file-specific issues.

  • Restart your device to clear any temporary glitches.

If none of these work, please share more details like the exact error message or file type — we’ll help you troubleshoot further!
