Excessive Refreshes

On Express iOS, lately there have been an excessive amount of refreshes, and many are quite slow in restoring. Please upgrade your cloud server capacity, because every other app and service on my phone is performing just fine right now. This is a step backwards!

I’m on the latest version of iOS and everything, but since the last update, the performance of this app has degraded significantly! Paragraph spacing doesn’t work anymore, I get frequent and annoying app refreshes and reboots now, sometimes getting a loop of continuous reboots that lasts minutes! None of my other apps are suffering, so I don’t think it’s my phone. It’s also highly annoying in this day and age that you lack support for importing/saving SVG files. Making them from a raster image file with AI seems to lead to poor results, most of the time. I shudder to think of this, but it’s borderline not worth paying for a subscription if this is not fixed, and that I may as well just use…ick!…Canva!.

Could you please let us know when you've been seeing this issue? Additionally, could you share your device's model and version?

 

In the meantime, you might want to try updating to "Beta 4" if you're currently on the iOS 18.4 beta. We hope this helps resolve the issue.

First, I'm in latest iOS. Second, let you know when it happens? How about every five minutes, or less! 

Will your suggestion also fix the broken Paragraph Spacing, or the sudden removal of the very useful new Shadow effect?

Also, why should I have to use a Beta OS version to make something work correctly? That's insane! I think I'm done with Adobe!

If your device is on the official iOS version 18.3.2, could you please share a screen recording of the issue?

 

However, if you're using the Beta version (18.4), you may need to update it to the latest Beta version.
