When using the eye dropper to capture a color within in image, it always returns the color "red".

Entirely not working, no matter what, cleared cache, uninstalled reinstalled.

 

Broken for 2 days now and Is making my work very difficult 😞

@EricGrantWI @Doug30004314vgrx @Oscar38682812ijz6 @zachriddleart I've merged your posts regarding the eyedropper problem here so they do not get lost. 

 

I am not sure if this is a widespread problem; I have tried the eyedropper, duplicating items from the right-click menu and re-ordering in the layer stack in Adobe Express Chrome on desktop, the Windows app on desktop and my Android phone and I had no problems. 

 

I don't have iOS so if someone can test that would be great!

 

Can anyone provide a little more information about what they were doing when the problem occurred?

 

If anyone else is experiencing the same issues, please reply below and upvote this thread.

The eye dropper tool recognizes a color but when you click the check to complete, the color change doesn't execute (nothing happens....no color changes at all).

noticed when trying to match an object to a color in an image and also when I tried to match text color to either an object or an image. 

please fix asap and thank you!

Hey. the color picker tool on the mobile iOS app isn't working for me 

 

i have an iPhone 11 / iOS 17.5.1 / version 26.0.2 of the Adobe Expresss app 

 

1. Click "Background color" 

2. Choose "Color picker" 

3. Select desired area 

4. Click check to set desire area as background color 

 

expected result: background color changes to desired area color

actual result: background color remains the same, no error message

I have been trying for about 2 weeks now to get the duplicate feature and the eye dropper feature to work. I am using Express on my iPhone 13 and am just now realizing that social media icons are gone too from the effects tab when editing text! All these changes and bugs are driving me crazy! Please fix this or make it 100% free again!

The color picker is not working in Adobe Express on any graphics at this point.  When you click to utilize the color picker, it lets you slide over the graphic and choose a color, but then does not change the color when you click the check mark to indicate you are done.  SO FRUSTRATING.  

 

Version 26.0.2 Adobe Express on iOS version 17.5.1 on a mobile device.
