Ficheiro desaparecido

Olá, boa tarde. Desapareceu-me um ficheiro importante, não tendo este sido eliminado por mim. Contudo, aparece-me a indicação de que foi eliminado, não diz por quem, nem está na pasta dos eliminados. Não tenho forma de o recuperar. Aguardo. Orbigada

Olá! Já tinha visto nessa pasta e não está lá. É como se tivesse simplesmente evaporado..

If the file isn't in the Deleted or Archived folder and no deletion activity is shown, we recommend the following steps:

1. Check Recent Activity in your Adobe Express dashboard (if available) to confirm if there’s any unexpected file movement.

2. Try logging in from another device or browser, in case it’s a sync or cache issue.

3. If still missing, please contact our Adobe Support Team directly with the file name and approximate date of loss. They can investigate further and check for any server-side recovery options.
