Hello @simon_oliver_1015 are you getting any error message at all? Is it only this project that is not opening, you can open other projects as usual? Are you on desktop or mobile? Is it a video project or static images? The more you can tell us about the problem we might be able to help.
thank you for your message. I'm working on desktop. It's a generally a static project, but does have 2 slides with video footage. There is no error message on the file. If I click twice on it it says that the project is already opened and it looks like it's loading.

And also if I start a "new project", close the site and try to open it again, it also looks like above. It seems to be a problem that is not connected to the project.
We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try using another browser to check if that helps? Are you on VPN? Did you try using incognito mode? Also, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/3CqLfSP are allowed.
I have been experiencing the same problem for almost three weeks on different computers, using my home Wi-Fi connection, my cell phone's connection, and the one at the office. Nothing works. I don't have a firewall or anything. What can I do?
