I was shared access to a file and after hours of work, Adobe wouldn't let me back into it. I managed to create a duplicate copy and that worked. After additional hours of work, I shared the document with my boss, who accessed it Tuesday morning, and now that document won't open. It says it's converting my file when I try to open it, and nothing happens. Hours of work lost and I don't know what to do. I can't trust this program to even let me restart the entire project without screwing up again.
