Flashing on exported files

Flashes appear on the exported video that should not be there. Looks like a white flash frame between cuts that are not on the timeline

One other thing to check - and I had this problem myself - Increase the zoom view of the timeline to its highest and scroll along your video, You might notice blank frames at the beginning or end of each scene and that's what causes the flashing. Remove the extra frames and the flashing should be solved.

In addition to @thejanebradbury  suggestions, I think I recall this issue being reported previously. Are you still seeing the flashes on export?
