Formatting incorrectly

For some reason my files are not formatting as they are supposed to - the txt is overlapping once I download it

We're sorry for the delay. Is this happening with all the projects? When you complete the work on any project and save it, does this issue occur after that when you open the saved projects from 'Your Stuff'? 

Try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference. You can also try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
