Formatting issue when downloading to PDF

I have spent time creating marketing material only to find when I try downloading to PDF - the formatting is completely wrong. I'm not using anything fancy - just text and coloured elements. PNGs/JPGs look fine. I can see this issue has been reported already but it doesn't seem to have been fixed.

I have tried clearing the cache and all that. I'm a premium member and at the moment I cannot use it as intended. I don't want to download as a jpg because the point is to have content where the text is searchable. When will this be resolved?

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Have you checked if this is happening with all PDFs or just this one? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

If that doesn't help, can you share the project URL with me via private message?

Hi - it seems to be just that one but I cannot tell why. It's across all browsers, incognito. I've tried resizing it. I've tried changing the fonts. I've tried recreating and copying the text over. I have added the gradient add-on and used that but even if I create a brand new one and just copy over a few bits of text it does the same thing.
