I've been trying to make a video for 5 hours, and than this stupid thing just got freeze when I was adding image to it. I refresh and now it shows videos I inserted (from media in this app) blurred, and can't even run the video, no sound, and can't even download. I had the same after 1st hour of work, but that time it decided to delete all the progress after a refresh. What I should do now, and why the hell 'premium' app is so laggy???

Sorry to hear about that and for not helping you earlier.

 

Are you using a Quick Action or a template to create the video? Can you access your video in Your Stuff?

Can you specify the length, resolution, and format of the videos you inserted?

 

There are a few workarounds you can try:

 - Try editing from another browser, such as Microsoft Edge, Safari or Chrome
 - Test in incognito or privacy mode. Here are instructions for Chrome
 - Clearing the cache/cookies from the browser also resolves the maximum number of such issues.

 

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot or walk-through video so we can see what you're experiencing.
