Generative Fill not replacing a section

Generative Fill is not able to replace a set of people in an image (jpeg) with some flowers

Sorry to hear you are not getting the results you are expecting. Did you make sure to fully brush over the set of people, and include some of the surrounding area in your selection?

If you could post screenshots of the brush selection you made and the results you got, that would help.
