The main reason why I started using Express instead of Photoshop was because it was so easy to resize a page (typically from square to "Instagram Story" ratio). In the past few weeks, when I resize a page in this way, any logo I've placed has been getting cropped, as have photos in the page. Plus (as previously reported), when I try to change the size of a shape element, it will only scale proportionally - I can't drag the handles to change it on a specific dimension. So now I'm more or less back to rebuilding most of the graphic from scratch once it's resized.
