HELP! DESPERATE FOR RESOLUTION: Free QR Code stopped working suddenly - error message

Created a QR code for my wedding invite RSVPs.  Had the code printed to send with the invites.  Printed code worked just fine until this past Friday.  When scanned, it looks like it's going to the ULR, but returns a message saying

Oops! Our system is having trouble right now. Please try again in a few minutes.

This error message has not changed since Friday.

I've attached the QR Code.

We're sorry for the delay. Our product team checked it, and it seems like you updated the wrong QR code. As you've already shared the code with everyone, you can update the site with this URL.

Generated a free QR code to an RSVP page that worked just fine until Friday.  Now it gives an error message of "Oops!  Our system is having trouble right now.  Please try again in a few minutes."

You can see that the QR Code directs you to the website, but I know get this message.  I am attaching the QR Code.
