unable to download my proyects o pages. When I try to, the download failed. Please fix this technical issue.

Hi @juan36634097ixtp 

 

I checked your logs and there appears to be a font-related issue during video download.

Are you using any custom (uploaded) fonts, or are they all Adobe fonts?

 

If you select text and observe the font picker, do you see any warning icon (pencil with a diagonal line running through it)?
