Did you see an error message while the file was downloaded? What type of file are you downloading ( video, image, template)? Is it happening with other files? We recommend you check your Internet connection and try to download the file from another browser. Clearing the browser's cache and using a private mode may help solve the issue. Please send us a picture to see what you're experiencing if the problem persists.
