I'm unable to upload video's into a project.

Hi There,

I am half way through creating a video project. Everytime I try to upload a new clip A red error box pops up saying "error uploading, please try again.

I've tried changing the pathway and the actual file. All have the same outcome.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Hi @Groundswell SA,

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please share the screenshot of the error message you're experiencing? Did you recently make any changes to your browser? Which platform are you using?

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

Regards,

Tarun

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.

I've just cleared my cache and cookies, with no change in the outcome.
Please see attached for the error message.

I've tried on Chrome, edge and safari across different devices.

Cheers

Hi @Groundswell SA,

Looks like the screenshot is not attached. Also, let us know if you've used a video from the local drive or from Adobe Stock. Please ensure your video file is in a supported format and within the size limits. If possible, try uploading a smaller or different video file to see if it resolves the issue.

Also, please feel free to share this info:

  1. The browser and device you're using
  2. The video file format and size
  3. Any error messages you’re seeing
  4. A screen recording of the issue

We’re here to help and will do our best to get you back to creating smoothly.

Regards,

Tarun

Hi Tarun,

I don't know why it's not showing..... "Unable to upload" "Sorry we are
unable to upload *C0739.MP4* to your project. Please try again with a
different file."

This is the most recent message I receive. I'm uploading from an external
drive. I have tried moving the files to different locations before
uploading all of this has no effect.

thanks

Hey @Groundswell SA

Just to add a bit to what @Tarun Saini  has already mentioned.
For whatever reason, after turning off my computer things started to work. I had a similar issue a few days ago.

Cheers

Nate
