Hallo zusammen,

ich kann meine Grafiken nicht als .pdf herunterladen. Ich bekomme jedes Mal diese Fehlermeldung:

Freue mich über eine schnelle Lösung.

Thanks for reaching out. Is this happening only when you download PDFs? Did you use the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you try on the incognito mode? If you've recently installed any pop-up blockers, Plugins/Extensions, disable them and try again.

Hi Tarun,

thank you for your quick reply. We were able to solve the problem. For some reason, the logo in my picture file was removed, which resulted in me not being able to download the file as a pdf. Once we added the logo again, I was able to download it.
Not sure I understand the problem but I'm happy there was a solution. 😉
