IMPOSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD

O have tries several times with different projects, I can't download anything from the APP. I logged out, cleaned cache, but still nothing. This application cannot be used in these conditions!

Sorry you’re having trouble downloading from the app — I understand how frustrating that can be.

To help figure this out:

  • What device and app version are you using?

  • Are you trying to download specific file types?

  • Does it happen with all projects or just some?

If you haven’t yet, try:

  • Updating the app

  • Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

  • Restarting your device

You can also download your projects from the Adobe Express web app at express.adobe.com.

I have downloaded new application update and restarted the device, and now download of files from app is working.
