Inability to download files

Ever since the upgrade to the newer version last year, I am completely unable to download/save any project on my desktop PC running on Windows 10 Enterprise with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. The only message I get constantly is "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon".
