Instagram Continues to Fail

We continue to have issues connecting our Instagram account through FB with the scheduler. We have followed directions on how to connect the app through FB and confirmed its set up as a Business Account. We have cleared our cache and other information in the browser history and thought that would fix the problem but it seems to continue (this recommendation was found in the community). Any help would be appreciated as this has been happening for over a month and continuing to refresh the token doesn't seem to fix the issue.
