Instagram reconnect

For the past 2 days, whenever I schedule an IG carousel it fails and I have to go back and renew the token and try again. Yesterday I had to do this 3 times. My husband has just connected multiple accounts for a campaign and is having the same issue with Instagram. Facebook posts without an issue.
