I'm not able to schedule a story with just an image, for some reason - it's saying I need to include an .MP4 or .MOV file, but I know that Stories can include images

Could you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Could you also duplicate your file with the issue and share it here?

I'm remembering something about Instagram not allowing static images in Stories when scheduled from outside the app itself. It's a limit of Instagram, not Adobe Express.
