Installation issues

New Here ,
Oct 10, 2024 Oct 10, 2024

When trying to install The Photoshop 2024 aplication I just bought and entering the redemption code that I'm reading directly from the package, I'm being told it's invalid. When hitting the 'need help' link I'm being told " Sorry, this page doesn't exist". NOT VERY HELPFUL! Might even say pretty damn useless. I did manage to find something about serial numbers being locked. Wondering why a product would be sold with locked serial numbers. Trying to find an answer to that led nowhere. How's THAT for feedback?

Photoshop is no longer available on Disc.   Do you mean photoshop elements?   If so: was it a new, unopened, and sealed package?

Find al lthe info you on redemption codes here:

It's Elements 2024. The point is, I, or anyone else shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get this done. I shouldn't have to look through forums and frequently asked questions. If I spend money on a product, I expect it to work properly!

You didn't answer my question:  was it a new unopened product you purchased in a store, or online?

As stated in the original post, " reading directly from the PACKAGE". Meaning a physical one bought from a store, not downloaded. And it seems that by reading all the other comments on here, I'm not the only one who's had this issue ( which has since been resolved ). The whole point of the post was that when people buy a product whether it's a physical one or downloaded, they shouldn't have to go through all kinds of crap for it to work properly. Or, when hitting a ' need help?' link on the site, they shouldn't get a message saying " Sorry, this page doesn't

exist". Whether it's an actual package or a download is irrelevant. In closing, no more correspondence on this matter is needed.
